About The Vessel

Atoll Explorer comes equipped with 20 cabins, simply furnished with either a double bed or two single beds with attached bathrooms. All cabins have a window facing out to sea while some come with a small balcony. They are all equipped with air-conditioning, telephone, bathroom, shower area and wardrobe space. On board the Atoll Explorer, there are several facilities to make your liveaboard Maldives stay more comfortable including a restaurant and bar for your dining needs.

Facilities On Board
If you enjoy basking in the sun while you take in the fabulous sights and sounds of the Maldives, you can do so in one of our two sun decks available on board. Soak yourself in our Jacuzzi while you are at it.

Should you need basic amenities and toiletries or would like to bring a souvenir back with you, do visit the Souvenir Shop located on the main deck of the vessel.

Dining With Atoll Explorer

The Captain and crew onboard the Atoll Explorer take pride in making sure that you are comfortable during your stay with us. The vessel comes complete with a restaurant serving buffet-style meals and a bar with a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Enjoy your meals either on deck under an awning during the day in the ships main dining area or on a deserted island under the stars, Patrick, the Head Chef ensures each meal will bring you 100% satisfaction. Expect to be amazed as you enjoy the variety of a daytime island picnic, an evening BBQ dinner or the Captain's hosted dinner on your final night.

Atoll Explorer has a fully equipped and professionally run diving base on board the ship. Operated by Euro Divers and exacting the high standards of PADI, the Dive Team welcomes both beginners and experienced divers.

Next to a full range of PADI beginners programs and courses and continuing education, Atoll Explorer offers diving with Nitrox for certified enriched air Divers and it is free.

The diving is adventurous and varies as the ship cruises through the atolls, giving you the opportunity to experience the fantastic dive areas in the Maldives. During each tour you will discover some of the most celebrated and famous dive sites in the world.

There are a total of 20 cabins on board the Atoll Explorer, all equipped with basic washroom amenities, air-conditioning, telephone, attached bathroom with shower and wardrobe space. There are three cabin types to choose from as follows:

Cabin 'A'
Total Units : 2 cabins
Size : 4m x 2.3m

Cabin 'A' is the highest cabin category available on the Atoll Explorer and are located on the upper deck of the vessel. These cabins have a small balcony and come furnished with a double bed, air-conditioning, telephone, shower, bathroom amenities and wardrobe space.

Cabin 'B'
Total Units : 6 cabins
Size : 3.6m x 2.3m

All cabin 'B' types are located on the upper deck of the vessel. They have a small balcony and come furnished with a double bed, air-conditioning, telephone, shower, bathroom amenities and wardrobe space.

Cabin 'C'
Total Units : 12 cabins
Size : 3.6m x 2.1m

The cabin 'C' ranges are located on either the upper or lower deck of the vessel. They have a picture window and come furnished with either two single beds or a double bed, air-conditioning, telephone, shower, bathroom amenities and wardrobe space.
